Thank you Ana, from now on I´ll become an addict of ganache! In Argentina we use dulce de leche as coating that´s why we never get those edges. It´s much more soft and sticky! The fact is that using ganache is far more expensive but the results are unique! I hope my next ganached cake will look even better!
