Hi Emine – I’ve just had a look online on Lindy Smith’s website its on there hun – you can also flavour it, I’ve made it before with lemon & lemon buttercream and almond flavour with cherry jam & vanilla buttercream. Both really good. Its a solid enough cake to carve. The Bowser was flavoured with Madagascan vanilla extract. Have a look on here….
