It is not melted chocolate, it is cocoa with a clear based alcohol such as Vodka ( which will evaporate) … It is a very messy procedure, you have to be sure that you have newspaper everywhere when you do the splashing with a large type brush… A lot of fun though!!! The Cake Blog has pictures on how they have done it :-)
