Ramid, I used to be a grapic artist, so it was always stylised painting and very graphic and 2D…I did some restorative painting for The War Museum in SA and backdrops, but it was not what I studied at college with graphics, so was quite difficult at first to get used to realism. I decided I wanted to do more fine art (after a sabbatical in art for a decade) and painting and did my first oil painting in 2008. after three, I then started cake decorating and soon started experimenting onto cakes. that was back in 2011. ive bee enjoying cake painting since then.
