That cake is amazing. It expresses all the love you feel for a sick child and the hope you need to hang on to. I would love to make something like that for my little niece who has just been admitted to hospital for chemo. She is 10 and is still horribly traumatised from her experiences as a toddler with the same disease. Clear for 5 years and now fighting for her life. Your cake is perfect. <3
