Ich heiße Aleksandra Matijasevic und habe tatsächlich Bauingenieurswesen studiert. Meine Begeisterung für köstliche Kreationen aus Zucker, Schokolade und Liebe haben aber dazu geführt, dass ich mein langjähriges Hobby zu meinem Beruf gemacht habe.
Meine Ausbildung im Hintergrund führte mich zu neuartigen Ansätzen beim Torten kreieren, die es mir möglich machen, innovative Techniken immer weiter zu entwickeln, die noch komplexere und kreativere Schöpfungen, nun nicht mehr aus Beton, sondern aus Teig und Fondant, erlauben.
