Since I started my blog and Facebook cake decorating journey it has grown into so much more than I imagined. Along the way I have found myself hosting beginners workshops around my local city.
The irony, (I know, ) is that I am still a beginner myself!!

But the attendees like what I have taught them so far and they totally understand that it’s not in anyway a professional class. They are probably akin to a scrapbook meet, women getting together for a small fee to cover costs, making new friends and getting their very first taste of diy fondant.

I am a teacher professionaly, so I guess that’s why the classes work so well. I am sharing as I go and inspiring others to have ago just as all you wonderful professional cake decorators whom inspire me everyday.
