Brenda of Brennies CakeHouse in the Netherlands is organising a christmas cookie contest. Normally I don’t work with cookies at all, but I wanted to try it out plus I never entered a contest before….so I thought this would be a great opportunity to do both! This is my entry for the contest. I covered the cookies in white fondant and put on some fondant holly leaves. Then made the dome out of edible lace and royal icing and added a few extra icing details. Hope you like them :)
