This was a big challenge presented to me by Fine & Country who wanted a show piece for an event they were attending. I felt more like an architect than a baker as I drew out the floor plans and elevations. There was a lot of cake involved and the whole house is edible. Delivery was scary but we got it there in one piece! I needed a hand to carry it in as it was so heavy. The icing on the cake was the great review the client gave me, so it was worth all the hard work!
