I could have just bought a card and a gift for my Sister in Law’s fortieth birthday, but what fun would that have been? So, instead, I made this birthday cake for the fabulous, camping loving forty year old. The cake is her favourite Victoria sponge with raspberry jam and buttercream and, after using glitter for the number, everyone in the house is sparkling… Including the dog! :D
