I was asked to create something elegant for a farm wedding, and decided ruffles would be perfect. The rose ruffle technique on the bottom tier took much longer than expected!! I thought I was being wise with time management and schedule myself 3 hrs for that tier and it took twice that long:) Everything on cake is edible. Was happy with the outcome, just wished I had gotten a better picture. The room was very dark.
