Yesterday we celebrated the 39th birthday for my husband. The children made each a design and sketches which I used in the final design. This is what you get when you mix a boy’s power ranger with a girls ballerina!

It’s chocolate mudcake iced with milk-chocolateganache and a layer of Marcipano’s thin marzipan-pistachio-thyme. It was a delicious cake!
