This Schnauzer dog birthday cake was based on a gorgeous design from the very talented “The Designer Cake Company” in the UK. The birthday girls daughter had seen a previous cake that I had made with this design and wanted a “Salt & Pepper Schnauzer” version for her mums 60th birthday. The cake is a Cherry Ripe Mud with a choc cherry ripe filling made for 25 portions.
