Please excuse the terrible photo’s but I only use of my mobile phone camera and lighting is terrible!
This is my most recent cake and has been my favourite to make.
The cake itself is a double chocolate mud cake, filled and coated with chocolate buttercream, well a 10" and a 6" carved and shaped, the whole set is laid out on a 20" board and everything is made by hand and completely edible
