My youngest’s daughter was turning 1, and her photo session’s theme was camo. There weren’t many girly camouflage cakes, and I didn’t want to do the normal camo design. I wanted to try my hand at buttercream ruffles, so I decided to combine camouflage and ruffles for her smash cake. She had a fun time smashing into it, but didn’t like the feeling of buttercream all over her. I really enjoyed making this cake, and I hope I can do something similar in the future.
