A fun twist on the peacock theme that’s become one of my signature designs! I am so enamored with creating designs out of icing sheets that I wanted to try a very bold & graphic design of white on a black background. I love the look of the white peacock, with the only burst of color being in the tail feathers.

The cake is chocolate mud with both raspberry buttercream & fresh raspberry curd filling, with Grand Marnier milk chocolate ganache.
