Peregrine Falcon for a little girl on her seventh birthday. The stone is made of two deep chocolate cakes with white chocolate ganache filling the bird is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. Beak, eyes and claws are modelling chocolate and mouse is fondant. Hope you like him, sorry pictures aren’t the best need to work on that!
