I’d never made a wedding cake before but when my future sister in law asked me to make hers I couldnt really say no. It was a challenge because the rose buttercream had to be done on site, the room was like an oven and it was the middle of summer. Made it though

Bottom tier is elderflower flavoured
Middle tier is chocolate
Top was lemon.
