One of my school mum friends asked me to make her mums 60th cake. She asked her what she wanted and expecting something pretty got the response “I want a fish”.
The cake had to travel 7 hours so a fish on a board was the perfect fit. I made the fish from carved styro to reduce the weight. It turned out better than expected. I used a long strand of fondant for the line which I looped into a freestyle 60. The board has cut marks etc. looking forward to hearing the mums reaction!!
