I made this cake for a cardiologist’s office – I wanted it to be whimsical and I think I was successful. The decorations are made out of gumpaste. I had made a really neat stethoscope, but it broke when I picked it up… Oh, well…

The cake was two tiers of chocolate cake and two tiers of marble cake filled with my new favorite filling – peanut butter-buttercream. I first made this combination as a trial and my client loved it… I’ve done a couple of cakes since with great results. Hey, maybe I’m on to something – LOL!
