My son helping with a quick butterfly cake for my birthday. A selection of flowers and butterflies with some leaves in random colours of his choice. The sponge made in a butterfly mould: lemon sponge with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream filling. I didn’t think the overall effect from a 5 nearly 6 year old was too bad.
