I made this cake for my little boy, unfortunately it tumbled right over in the car and got wedged between the seat and door :(. I somehow managed to rescue it but it wasn’t quite as perfect as i hoped. sadly i didnt get any pictures of it before it toppled over :(
This cake was inspired by the “Royal Bakery”

That’s too bad. :o(
I always place my cakes on top of a piece of rubber matting in a sturdy cardboard box. Box goes in the trunk… safest place. More rubber matting on the floor of the trunk where box is placed. Sticks like glue, won’t move. Of course cakes are doweled as well. Haven’t lost a cake yet. Driven over a hour and a half and over bumps to deliver… no mishaps. Hope this advice helps…..

I am always very careful when delivering my cakes, but this was for my sons birthday who decided he wanted to wake up to his presents at grandmas. So with a car full of presents the only place for his cake to go was on the passengers seat. Also as bad as it sounds, i perhaps wasn’t as careful as i would have been if the cake was for a customer :/ Thank you for the advice though :)
