Some gluten & lactose free cakes & cuppies i made for some lovely ladies celebrating their milestone birthdays. Cake was Almond Cocount & Raspberry filled & covered in coconut flavoured lactose free buttercream and cuppies were also gluten & lactose free choc cuppies with peanut butter buttercream and vanilla (champagne & strawberry flavoured) cuppies with the same flavoured lactose free buttercream.
