This cake was made for my husband who is an avid Tottenham supporter. It was made for his office, along with cupcakes. A lucky day for many! I didn’t want to make a traditional football cake and loved the mosaic effect on the cake by “IcedByKez”, so this inspired me for the bottom tier. The bird is made from Fondant icing and covered in gold lustre.
