Made this 2 tier chef’s graduation/birthday cake for a young man that graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in April 2013 and had a birthday a few weeks following in May. The cake was strawberry with cream cheese/buttercream frosting layered with fresh cut strawberries. The top is a little chef’s hat made out of rice krispies with fondant vegetables and utensils.
