Jean’s family wanted a flowery cake that was personal to her. She is always immaculately dressed but also loves her garden and flowers.
I made the sugar model on a board so they could keep it afterwards. The bottom tier of the cake was chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream and covered with dark chocolate ganache. The top tier was vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, morello cherry conserve and covered in white chocolate ganache.
