I always seem to forget to put my family’s birthday cakes in my diary!!!! So on a week where I have 5 cakes ordered and a bridal expo to prepare for I was looking for a quick option for my mother in law’s birthday. I purchased some gorgeous roses from our local supermarket and arranged them into a topper, made some white chocolate panels, baked and 6 inch vanilla cake and voila! Happy Birthday!
