This was for my little boy’s 2nd birthday which was last week. It was a rich chocolate mud cake with chocolate filling. It was my first time using ganache and I loved it! I adored making this, it was inspired by a Paul Bradford design that I came across a few months back and I was so pleased with how it turned out.
