The groom Andy loves his Bakewell tart so wanted to have a giant one made with him holding his bride Sam in his arms. Oh and they were collecting and driving it 70+ miles! No pressure then…

I was really pleased with the final result, all 16″ × 5″ of it!! I only noticed after I’d taken the photos that the bride & groom are on a definite slant. Hopefully when the caterers at the venue reinserted them they managed to put them in straighter!

The small tart is a real Bakewell, added to show proportions.
