The reason why I started this whole cake decorating thing was beacuse I wanted to be able to make a nice birthday cake for my sisters daughter Hilmas 1st birthday. This one is for her. It´s my Hilma cake. The third cake I´ve ever made. All decorations are made by me. It´s a chocolate cake with raspberry mousse and buttercream filling. I have also put some dark, raspberry chocolate shaves in the mousse.
