I made this one for my daughter’s 6th birthday . She is a huge Hello Kitty fan! I had some issues with the cake not turning out and had to re-bake, leaving me less decorating time. I didn’t get to do some of the other things I had planned, but overall I am happy with how it turned out. This is a 5", 8" and 11" with the top and bottom being chocolate and the middle a white cake, all frosted in buttercream. Hello Kitty was made of gumpaste and all other decorations are fondant.
