I made this cake almost a year ago for my friend’s Dad. His Dad loves music and the game of chess. This is a two layer cake covered with fondant and the chess pieces are made of chocolate (white) and fondant (black). I use fondant for the black chess pieces only because I cannot find black coloured chocolate melts in our area. :)
