This was my second birthday cake last week end. Its a blueberry cake with mascarpone cream filling. Tasted really nice and different.
I am new at this and I am struggling really hard to learn how to put on the sugar paste on the cake without it getting big creases and folds that I cant get streight and flat. Can anyone give me a tip on that? Or is it just practice?
