It’s a cheesecake topped with custom Minions (preacher)
The cheesecake itself was customized using my customer’s jam products, a choco-crunch jam, and red dragon fruit jam. The combination was delish!
Behind the scene: as i was baking this late at night, I lost my balance and dropped it..>.< So i had to remake it at midnight.. and to top it all, the electricity died in the middle of the baking time.. it was a memorable night.. Im just glad this cake was still presentable and made it through the rough night… :D
