I made this cake for my daughters wedding. Quite a challenge as the wedding was in England and I’m in Australia!I made the fruit cakes and the roses in Australia, then packed them very carefully for the trip. I iced and decorated the cake there. All the lace work is piped with royal icing. My most important cake to date!
