I am a primary school teacher in my day job, after completing all my school work in the evening I was trying to finish this cake at one in the morning (I get up at six). I would love more time to spend on my cake making, I always feel that I could have made a better job of it, but my class of 30 five year olds obviously take most of my time, and energy.
