This cake was made for a project in nursing school on organ donation. I decided to try to create some “transplant organs on ice”. The ice is made from Knox gelatin and I got the shape of the kidneys from a pumpkin shaped pan. One “kidney” came out slightly bigger than the other, but I don’t think anyone noticed too much ; )
