This cake was designed for my future-in-laws (Sue and Eion’s) 35th wedding anniversary last month. We were celebrating on the sea front in their beach hut, where Sue had been going since she was a little girl and since meeting Eion, they had spent every family holiday there so it seemed perfect to recreate their beach hut in cake :)
