This was for a lady who is both British and Canadian and also a lover of Chanel’s classic black quilted handbag with the chain strapping. This was my second ever handbag and the first time I had tried using glaze spray; I am so glad I did as it really set the bag alive, in my opinion.

I would like next time to make one ‘standing up’, but as this cake had a 7 hour car journey, I played it safe and lay the bag down.
