This is one of my favourite cakes. It may not be very technical, but it was the raffle prize at my daughter’s school this summer. At the end of the school year the girls perform a show and this year the theme was Grease and the 50s. The girls had 50s skirts and neck ties and the whole evening was lots of fun. This cake reminds me of family fun times and how proud I am of my girls.
