When I first started developing my cake decorating, there were 2 cakes on my wish list – Finding Nemo and The Very Hungry Caterpillar, so I was delighted when Josephs mum asked me to do his first birthday cake after I did the two tier Noahs Ark Cake for his christening.

I absolutely loved doing this cake………and Mum seemed quite pleased with it too :-)
