My first dairy free cake ! This was a challenge with the buttercream as the substitute did not go hard in the fridge and stayed very soft so the cake sides are not as smooth as I would like , i may try to freeze it briefly next time ! .Vanilla sponge with madagascan vanilla buttercream .
