Handmade Yoda, all edible.
Two tier wonky cake, top was coffee & walnut with coffee buttercream. Bottom tier was vanilla bean with vanilla bean buttercream filling. Both were ganached and covered with sugar paste.
This was my first “real” attempt at airbrushing.
