Accepting a challenge for a Minion cake ….. and then wondering – how do I make that? Following an amazing tutorial by Ann Reardon is how I managed to create this amazing cake! Check out her blog – How To Cook That’ for inspiration. My Minion was very, VERY well received! As a little hobby baker I was a tad nervous when the use of a power tool was required to build the support needed to hold what is a considerable amont of cake on a tiny board! The finished cake stood approx 35cm tall and travelled to his party without a glitch. I really enjoyed making this cake and am hoping it will be the first of many Minions!
