Cake Central Magazine Volume 4 Issue 8 Vineyard Wedding

I am so very honoured to have had my cake included in Cake Central’s Vineyard wedding issue. I was uncertain as to how my entry would have been received as when I imagine Vineyards I think deep, rich, lush, hues. When presented with the mood board compiled of three photos, I was immediately inspired and honed in on the female statue, and recognized that it was from the historical Trevi Fountain. I knew at that moment that I was going to create a subtle, monochromatic ‘carrara marble’ or ‘travertine stone’ design. I’m so grateful to have taken that chance in going with what inspired most; and so thrilled and humbled to have been amongst such incredibly talented artists.
