Little baby Girl has turn one today and she deserve a giant cupcake^ ^, i was asking to do this cute giant cupcake and macaroons in cupcake shape,for the macaroons , i put very soft pastel green and pink colour and then and up some red bright fondant cherry on top to make it look contrast , the Giant cupcakes itself match the macaroon colour, extra big red polkadot ribbon and lot of decorated fondant lollies and cookies, hmmm yum,
The cakes inside are 3 layers vanilla and chocolate sponge cake layered with strawberry jam, white truffle ganache and covered fondant, i add on some magic sparkle to make it nicer,
Well hopefully everybody liked it, i am exhausted but happy with the result, i wish i could do much better and better next year and the next year too :) .
