This is a really TALL wedding cake I made last weekend. It consists of a 12"-10"-8" double barrel and 6" cake. All different flavors and fillings. Covered with LMF fondant and two tiers had hand painted roses using food coloring. The sugar flowers are all made of gumpaste. I made peonies, dahlias, hydrangeas, red berries and red flowers. The bottom tier is covered in ruffles (also made from LMF). I used the upside down technique on all the layers to get those sharp edges. I use SMBC under my fondant and chill the cakes before I cover in fondant. I think that covers everything?? lol
