This cake was done for a lover if motorbikes for his birthday.
The cake was covered in grey fondant and then air brushed black . I find it gives a much better finish and doesn’t take ages to get that deep black that I was after . The figure was dressed in leathers and is made with gum paste as is the bike . His glasses are florist wire . Hope you like it x
