the bride told me her colors were metallic gold and “barney” purple and that’s all she said! The bride was excited to get a surprise cake and I was super nervous to make a surprise cake! no pressure, right?
this cake ended up a little bit stressful because our area had a power outage that set me back a day in “caking”, which is a big deal in cake world when everything is plotted on timeline!
ended up a wee bit rushed but I got it done and they were happy with the surprise wedding cake! she wanted basic flavors…chocolate and white, but as another little surprise I made the top tier white and purple zebra marble. :-D
