A birthday cake for my sister in law.

I enjoyed making this cake…it really needed to be a 12" cake rather than a 6" to get all the ideas I had!

6" triple layer chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate ganache. I tried the upside down method of smoothing the icing to get sharper corners……I am happy with the result!
